Software Test Lead

Working with a highly-responsive software team, I am looking for a Software Test Lead to join my market leading client based in Leeds.
You will have 4 direct reports and report into the test manager. This role is split 60/40 between hands on testing and management. The team consists of both automation and manual testers of varying levels. Your team will be one of one of 10 different development teams within the business who are based in multiple locations across the UK. The company work with some of the world's biggest brands and are growing year on year and have a strong name in the market and a great employer to work for.
I am looking for someone to hit the ground running and make a real impact on the management and test team. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas and concepts to the team and have the opportunity to put forward your ideas for change if needed. You should be comfortable when talking with clients and have a passion to progress. You will work along side another Test Lead in another UK location and both are responsible for the allocation of resource and work with the whole test team.
Key skills required:
- ISEB/ISTQB Qualified
- Manual and Automation testing experience (Minimum of 4 years)
- Strong agile experience of testing in a commercial environment with cross-functional teams
- Testing online applications
- Installing and configuring software
- Skilled in using Selenium, JMeter, or Jenkins, to conduct automated tests for web applications
- Four years plus relevant expertise of premium Software development within a professional environment
- Project, software and testing methodologies (Agile, V-model or Waterfall)
