Our client, a leading retailer, is really looking for a highly skilled individual who have the ability to transforming the company's use of info and data as a strategic tool for enterprise objectives and goals.

With that being said, and as this candidate will be reporting directly to the CIO, beyond the technical skills and ability to truly understand business needs. The right candidate will have ability to not only interact/build relationships with senior management, but as well the ability to inspire and lead global teams.

  • Develop and build a long-range enterprise system plan that is in line with business objectives
  • Establish procedures for Master Data Governance and Management
  • Create vision, and build innovative development team that will actualize your vision and ultimately develop and implement of analytics to best serve the business
  • Manage, inspire, and lead global team of approximately 70+, as well as hold some external to a certain level of performance.
  • Establish and head information life cycle management


  • Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • 11+ years applicable experience
  • Ability to lead and deliver on global scale.
  • SME of advanced analytic architecture deployment and support
  • Ability to be hands-on when needed
  • Amazing interpersonal and communication skills (upward and downward)
