An award-winning Digital Marketing agency are seeking a Senior Conversion Optimisation Lead to take control of the CRO programmes for several clients' websites. The agency works with several high-profile clients that range from market leading retailers to innovative new start-ups.
Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will sit within the Digital team and will be responsible for analysing and improving consumer experience throughout clients' websites and apps. As a Senior Conversion Optimisation Lead, you will join the Digital Analytics team in transforming the way in which a variety of clients operate. You will be specifically focused on Conversion Rate Optimisation, and therefore be responsible for designing, building and carrying out MVT and A/B tests. You will be responsible for understanding the consumer journey and making recommendations to improve the overall consumer experience.
The ideal Senior Conversion Optimisation Lead will:
Be an expert in Conversion Rate Optimisation, preferably with experience in an agency environment
Be able to plan and implement A/B and MVT testing programmes
Have a high proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Have previous experience in analysing and optimising websites and apps
Have strong communication skills and the ability to make insightful recommendations to major stakeholder groups
