PMO 50% Job, Insurance, Zurich
A leading insurance client are seeking an experienced PMO to join them on a 50% basis here in Zurich.
As the PMO for this insurance company in Zürich you will be responsible for much of the administrative/coordination tasks within the Infrastructure IT area. You will be responsible for tracking deliverables, project progress and general reporting of the project. Other PMO duties include taking minutes from meetings and creating slides for presentations so a good knowledge of PowerPoint is important. These coupled with excellent communication skills are a must. On the Project Management side, you will need to chase up and liaise with stakeholders along with looking at dependencies, so again communication and organisation is key.
As the PMO you will come with previous finance experience and would have worked on large projects. English is a must, German would be favourable.
