3rd Line Support Engineer - Windows Server / Virtualisation / Exchange

Randstad Technologies are partnered with a long established IT Services and Cloud Hosting company who, due to a recent merger and a busy project pipeline, are growing at pace.

They currently have two openings to be based out of Cheltenham, for experienced 3rd Line Support Engineers - Windows Server / Virtualisation / Cloud.

Your responsibilities in this role will be two-fold - a) provide deep-dive technical escalation support to a large user base b) provide project support to the project engineers.

  • Deep dive technical escalation support - The stuff the 2nd liners really can't fix
  • Windows O/S XP, 7, 8
  • Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012/ Server deployment
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • VMWare / HyperV
