ICT SERVICE DESK SUPERVISOR- HODDESDON- £26,000- REQUIRED strong helpdesk experience, good knowledge of MS Office 2010, Windows 7, commercial networks experience and team leadership, working for my leading client in the world of ENGINEERING!!

THE OPPORTUNITY of ICT Service Desk Supervisor requires a hardworking and dedicated individual to work on the service desk and run the helpdesk team day to day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Work on the Service Desk BAU and take on any extra responsibilities as needed
*Log all calls, email and service requests- assigning tickets to technicians
*Provide 1st line technical support and update all tickets alongside progression
*Analyse and identify trends in services provided by ICT
*Daily Supervision of ICE service desk staff
*Deputise as Major incident Manager when ICT Support supervisor is not available
