Responsibilities of Senior Client Relationship Consultant:
The Senior Client Relationship Consultant must possess and be able to execute upon three key skill sets:
Account Management / Client Focus:
? Develop a deep understanding of the client and their industry; including business initiatives, industry trends, competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics.
? Own senior level client relationships and skillfully navigate issues and roadblocks that come with managing a large, complex client relationship.
? Add strategic value to the relationship and grow from initial opportunities to multi-year relationships.
? Responsible for client retention by proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.
? Should the role include Multi-Client Account Management: Successfully manage multiple deliverables or projects for multiple clients, Track and organize multiple work streams against multiple clients, and manage time and resources against changing priorities
Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients:
? Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
? Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client
? Identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate level analytic solution/approach
Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image:
? Become trusted by client, Big Data Firm client solutions teams, Big Data Firm cross functional organizations, Big Data Firm business partners and be considered a domain expert and business partner
? Educate the client on analytic methods, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make
? Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish
? Strong executive level presence
Desired Skills & Experience:
? An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
? 7-10 years progressive and/or related experience.
? Experience in, and knowledge of CPG and Direct Selling (Multi-Level Marketing) Models are a definite plus
? Proven track record of growing key client relationships ? Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
? Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking and drive the firms business agenda.
? Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills: the ability to manage and mentor functional experts and lead cross- functional teams
? Must be willing to travel frequently
? Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen
