In this role as a CRM Insight Analyst you will assist the client's CRM team in designing and implementing robust CRM experiments, allowing them to iteratively improve their campaigns based off of accurate performance feedback. They will be comfortable combining large data sets and presenting the results in a succinct and easy to digest format.
The role will also include building out Tableau reporting around all CRM activities to ensure that the team can self-serve views of their comparative performances. Knowledge of statistical significance as applied to experiment results is crucial.
Any deeper insights into the impact of CRM on the customer base will also be part of this role's remit. The ability to distil data into insightful and actionable results is key here. The role will assist the CRM team in becoming more sophisticated in targeting over time so basic knowledge of segmentation and predictive modelling a plus.
The role will be the go-to person for any CRM performance queries, so the ability to identify the relevant data and access it rapidly are qualities needed for this role.
