CDD Quality Analyst

  • Manage quality alignment between CB Group and FCC Quality Assurance
  • Monitoring and tracking of the remediation of the Quality Improvement Agenda and the FCC Quality Assurance errors/observations, including:
    • Management of the results and treatment plan for the gaps identified by the 1st and 2nd line of quality testing
    • Tracking and verifying treatment plans for the periodic & thematic reviews i.e. 3 months rolling results, Annual results
    • Tracking country level treatment plans for thematic issues that are not covered by the global plan
  • Planning and Analysis
    • Analysis of any thematic issues which arise through the Quality Process
    • Analysis of Group FCC results
    • Identification of Process Improvements throughout the Value Chain to improve Quality.
    • Prepare updates for CDD governance forums
  • Reporting and escalation of issues and actions to the global forum.
  • Highlight risks to management and actively monitor them to reduce the likelihood of occurrence
  • Collaborate with other global teams (i.e. CIB) to ensure best practices are observed.

Communication, Engagement and Training

  • Understand the main business drivers for success for CDD
  • Support the Training schedule (Roadmap), ensuring it remains up to date and liaising with stakeholders about training updates and changes
  • Support Operational Risk Framework rollouts to countries on CDD Processes
  • Support of the CDD Training Project (CDD e-learning, e-assessment)
  • Support and help create CDD related trainings globally driven by CDD quality issues
  • Engage with the wider CDD Training and Communications teams to ensure consistency of messaging and training.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant working experience in CDD/anti-money laundering/audit/Op Risk highly preferred
  • Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High motivation and dedication to work
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ownership of issues
  • Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgement
  • Time management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to ask pertinent questions in order to illicit information from stakeholders
