A 2nd Line Support Engineer is required to fill a key role within the support team, you will be working within a fast paced environment which is also made a very enjoyable place to be.
Main responsibilities:

  • Support all Infrastructure hardware and systems.
  • Management of servers.
  • Supporting networks (WAN/LAN).
  • Assisting with current and upcoming projects.
  • User issues and troubleshooting of software faults.


Technology experience requried:

  • Citrix XenApp & Desktop/XenServer.
  • Windows based operating systems server 2008/2012.
  • Office 365.
  • MAC operating systems.
  • Anti virus & security.
  • Exchange 2007-2013.
